Senior and mid-level managers are vital culture shapers, but many need expert support to strengthen and refine their leadership impact. Based on ELI’s proven 5C Framework, Culture Catalyst is a cohort-based leadership development program that provides managers with practical tools, peer collaboration, and facilitator guidance to develop key skills and drive meaningful cultural change.
Available in multiple formats, Culture Catalyst combines in-person or virtual learning sessions with role-based projects that let participants apply key principles in real time. With support from an in-house sponsor, each participant develops an action plan to foster a more civil, respectful, and productive workplace, tailored to their own organization’s unique values and needs.

Culture Catalyst is available as a virtual class over five sessions, or a more focused approach of an in-person two-day seminar. Both formats will feature an expert facilitator assigned to support the series participants and their cohort sponsors (typically a peer or superior in the organization).
Using peer discussions, offline assignments and peer feedback, participants will emerge with a clear understanding of cultural leadership as well as a detailed action plan to begin implementing in their current role.

Virtual Cohort: Five 90-minute online sessions, typically held monthly, give participants time to apply and reinforce new skills between sessions.
Two-Day Workshop: A concentrated, in-person experience offers organizations an immersive, accelerated path to completing the program.
