CT Refresher for Employees is a microlearning series that reinforces the principles of Civil Treatment® Workplace for previous participants. These short, practical videos help employees stay aware of how to prevent, recognize, and appropriately respond to workplace behaviors that can create risk—while also supporting effective teamwork and providing guidance for addressing and managing conflict in everyday interactions.
With Civil Treatment® Workplace, employees learn key principles such as the CT Foundations, the JustTalk® Model, and other practical tools for maintaining civil, compliant behaviors in everyday interactions. CT Refresher for Employees is a series of microlearning videos that revisit critical workplace issues—such as harassment and bullying—from an employee perspective, while also reinforcing skills for working effectively on teams and addressing conflict constructively. It also includes timely updates for new phenomena that may impact the workplace.

CT Refresher for Employees is a flexible series of standalone video modules. They can be distributed as a sequential series or in any combination of topics, presented by your LMS/ hosting service or via ELI’s LMS.
