Brandon Hall Group, the leading independent research and analyst organization focused on human capital management practices (HCM), recently announced the winners of their prestigious annual Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards Program.
For the second consecutive year, we are proud to announce that ELI and Verizon have been honored with a Brandon Hall Group Award for Excellence. The adaptation of ELI’s Civil Treatment® for Employees for Verizon’s special workplace was awarded the 2016 Bronze medal for Best Unique or Innovative Learning and Development Program. Both our Civil Treatment® for Leaders and Employee courses for Verizon are now winners of the coveted Brandon Hall Awards.
“Winning a Brandon Hall Group Excellence Award means an organization is an elite innovator within Human Capital Management. The award signifies that the organization’s work represents a leading practice in that HCM function,” said Rachel Cooke, Chief Operating Officer of Brandon Hall Group and head of the awards program. “Their achievement is also notable because of the positive impact their work in HCM has on business results.”
“By blending our content with Verizon’s commitment to an inclusive productive and welcoming culture, we have created an engaging learning solution which helps communicate and sustain values based standards for daily team member behavior,” said Steve Paskoff, President and CEO of ELI. “We are proud of our contribution to Verizon’s culture and congratulate them and the outstanding team with whom we were privileged to work on this important collaboration.”
Brandon Hall will be honoring the Excellence Awards winners at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference on January 26, 2017 at the PGA National Resort in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
