Greg Sumners

Greg Sumners earned his degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Oxford University and studied Business Management at Henley Management College. His career began in manufacturing before advancing to senior leadership roles overseeing nearly 1,000 employees. At Lectra Systemes, he led global sales and marketing initiatives across 40+ countries. Greg went on to serve as President, North America for Beamex, Inc. as well as gaining recognition as a respected speaker in the Sales field.

In 2024, he founded Milestones Business Consulting to share his knowledge of best practices for business operations, sales and organizational growth. In this capacity, he began supporting ELI, Inc. where he became passionate about their mission to offer solutions to optimize organizational culture through values-based behavioral standards. In October 2025, he succeeded ELI’s Founder Stephen M. Paskoff to become the Company’s Chief Executive Officer to formally guide its efforts in achieving that mission.
