Brenda Hodo-Iddris

Brenda Hodo-Iddris comes to ELI® with more than 20 years of experience as a senior finance and operations executive. Her wide-ranging leadership expertise brings diverse capabilities in strategic planning, business growth, and savvy financial management to the ELI team.

Brenda has a diverse background in providing strategic and financial direction in for-profit, non-profit, private equity and publicly traded organizations. She has held key leadership positions including CFO, for organizations such as HOPE Atlanta, UNCF, Step Up For Students, Jax/Ameris Bank, and consulting. In all these positions she was instrumental in driving top and bottom-line growth through revenue planning and cost reduction strategies, debt restructuring, and developing operational and financial strategies that fosters growth.

At ELI, Brenda leads the Shared Services Division, which includes oversight of the following areas: finance, accounting, AR, treasury management, financial and strategic planning, operations, IT, facilities, procurement and contracts, vendor management and risk management.

Brenda has a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management from the University of North Florida and a Master of Business Administration, Finance from Webster University.
