The purpose of this position is to develop and grow Employment Learning Innovations, Inc. (ELI’s) private sector enterprise account base in a specified geographic territory with a focus on Enterprise accounts (those with 11,000 or more employees) in specific states. The incumbent in this role is expected to establish and close profitable new enterprise sales opportunities while managing and growing existing assigned enterprise accounts.
This role requires an experienced sales and client development professional who can successfully identify potential business opportunities and develop and execute the strategic and tactical plans required to exceed revenue expectations. Additionally, the role requires the ability to work closely, inclusively and collaboratively with Client Services, Learning Solutions, Marketing, Finance, Accounting and ELI Leadership to execute partnership agreements and deliverables that are highly complex, strategic and cross-functional in nature.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
