A New Approach to Prevent Workplace Harassment
Jo Linda Johnson, Director of Civil Rights, Transportation Security Administration
Stephen Paskoff, President, CEO, ELI, Inc.
Nearly a third of all EEOC charges in 2015 were related to workplace harassment, and the EEOC wants that to change. In its latest in-depth report, the EEOC made clear that traditional harassment prevention methods aren’t working. Mr. Paskoff, who is quoted in the report, will explore the connection between harassment and organizational culture, the various forms of workplace harassment, and efforts to identify new and creative ways to prevent and eliminate harassment. Ms. Johnson will provide her perspective from the view of an EEO professional. You’ll leave with a better understanding of what the EEOC report means for you and your agency.
