Client Relationship Manager

The purpose of this position is to collaboratively provide end-to-end client services to ELI’s client base while supporting the Director of Client Development team (DCDs). The incumbent will deliver exceptional service while building strong client relationships with a focus on supporting current and future sales opportunities. This position will handle duties related to Salesforce data entries, training event scheduling & coordination, client services and facilitator support.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the DCDs by engaging in the sales cycle process and assisting with proposals.
  • Facilitate the client onboarding process and implementation to ensure the optimization of the new and existing clients.
  • Review the details of the client’s agreement and ensure full adoption and implementation.
  • Provide client relationship management support for clients of assigned DCDs.
  • Respond directly and indirectly to client requests.
  • Respond to client needs with a sense of urgency and communicate accordingly.
  • Proactively review daily responsibilities and incoming requests.
  • Prioritize based on importance and business impact. Follow up and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively maintain positive relationships with assigned clients by uncovering clients’ needs and identifying ongoing sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with 3-5 years of client services experience within an office environment or Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2 yrs experience.
  • Must possess applicable experience that clearly demonstrates an orientation and approach toward exceptional internal and external client services.
  • MS Office proficiency (Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Web-based meetings).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Account management experience.
  • Training event administration experience.
